Job Summary
Seeking a Federal Budget Subject Matter Expert to work remotely in a full-time capacity, who will manage the OneStream implementation for Federal clients by advising on the full budget lifecycle, ensuring policy alignment, and translating budget controls into functional requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Advise on the full budget lifecycle, covering strategic planning, budget formulation, execution, and management reporting
- Own budget policy alignment to ensure compliance with OMB Circular A-11 and federal financial management regulations
- Lead sessions to capture current-state processes and turn them into functional requirements for OneStream designs
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years in federal financial management with experience in budget formulation and execution
- Solid knowledge of PPBE, OMB A-11, and the GPRA Modernization Act
- Experience in turning budget policy into functional requirements for enterprise systems
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
