Job Summary
Focused on developing compliant and compelling proposals for U.S. Federal Government opportunities, the full-time Federal Capture Manager will manage GSA OASIS contract task order capture and DOD proposal experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Write, edit, and finalize technical volumes, management/staffing plans, and executive summaries
- Develop and maintain compliance matrices and proposal outlines to ensure 100% RFP/RFQ compliance
- Translate subject matter expert input into clear, compliant, and persuasive content aligned with evaluation criteria
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM fields
- 10+ years of experience in federal proposal writing
