Federal Civilian Account Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Federal Civilian Account Engineer will serve as a technical trusted advisor, leading discovery sessions, building demonstrations, and guiding federal customers through the activation and adoption of Agentic Government Cloud solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical and business discovery sessions with federal stakeholders to identify mission gaps and scope agentic solution use cases
- Build high-impact demonstrations and proof-of-concept solutions on the Agentforce platform to automate federal workflows
- Serve as the technical lead for RFI and RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance while presenting solutions to executive leadership
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of customer-facing solution or technical architecture experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proficiency in Salesforce Core and the Data 360/Agentforce stack
- Practical understanding of AI concepts, including LLMs and agentic systems
- Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and executive audiences
