Federal Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Applying extensive claims management experience, the fully remote Senior Federal Claims Adjuster will analyze and resolve complex Defense Base Act claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
