Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Federal Claims Supervisor will manage a Workers Compensation claims team, promote best practices, and drive talent development while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a Workers Compensation claims team handling diverse caseloads
• Guide the team to adhere to Gallagher's Best Practices in claims management
• Oversee adjuster hiring and training, fostering a culture of performance and improvement

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Prior leadership experience of at least 2 years in a claims environment
• Knowledge of federal claims such as Longshore, Black Lung, and FELA
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
