Job Summary
Experienced contracts leaders will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Federal Contracts Director, responsible for overseeing the contract lifecycle from capture shaping to deal closure, while collaborating with executive teams and managing complex federal procurement regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contractual strategy for federal growth pursuits, collaborating with executive leadership and business development teams
- Direct the negotiation, drafting, administration, and closeout of complex federal contracts and associated agreements
- Serve as the primary contractual authority for Government Contracting Officers and manage compliance with federal regulations
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in federal contracts management and negotiations, with a focus on U.S. government contracts
- Deep knowledge of federal contracting principles, including FAR and DFARS
- Demonstrated experience leading complex contract negotiations with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field
