Job Summary
Managing the full lifecycle of federal contracts, the full-time remote Federal Contracts Manager will serve as the primary contractual advisor, overseeing RFPs, drafting agreements, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts, subcontracts, and business agreements from drafting through closeout
- Review and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, advising proposal teams on contractual terms and risks
- Administer subcontracts and maintain relationships with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant contracts management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience managing U.S. federal government contracts, including prime contracts and subcontracts
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and multiple contract types
- Experience drafting and negotiating NDAs and teaming agreements
- Experience reviewing and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
