Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine the federal healthcare growth strategy, targeting agencies such as CMS, DHA, and SSA
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of federal opportunities with clear capture plans
- Establish trusted relationships with federal healthcare stakeholders and lead major capture efforts from opportunity shaping to contract award
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in federal business development, particularly in healthcare technology contracts
- Proven track record of leading complex federal opportunities through the entire capture process
- Established relationships across federal healthcare agencies and the contracting ecosystem
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and procurement mechanisms
- Experience developing teaming strategies and collaborating with major federal primes and technology partners
