Providing expert-level consulting and strategic advisory services, the part-time Senior Subject Matter Expert - Federal Healthcare IT Acquisition & Contracts will support complex federal healthcare technology modernization initiatives remotely, focusing on acquisition planning, contract management, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert consulting on federal acquisition, contract management, and healthcare IT modernization programs
- Advise program and executive leadership on acquisition strategies, contract structures, and risk mitigation
- Analyze complex contract terms and conditions to identify risks and recommend business positions
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Acquisition Management, Contract Management, or a related field
- 20+ years of relevant experience in federal acquisition, government contracting, or contract management
- Extensive knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement regulations
- Strong understanding of enterprise software licensing and complex technology acquisition structures
- Proven ability to evaluate complex business and contractual challenges and develop actionable recommendations
