Job Summary

Providing superior customer service and portfolio management in lending services, the full-time Federal Licensed Credit Associate will support a team of banking specialists by conducting credit analysis, structuring decisions, and monitoring portfolios in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assists in preparing business proposals, client meetings, and account documentation
• Conducts comprehensive risk analysis and monitors performance to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Manages day-to-day portfolio administration activities, including loan processing and client support

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
• Credit Qualification in accordance with established processes and policies
• Experience in commercial loan underwriting within a financial services environment
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial credit products and lending procedures
• Technical proficiency gained through education or business experience
