Job Summary
Supporting a busy litigation practice, the remote Federal Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys through all phases of litigation, including case management, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with case strategy, drafting pleadings, and litigation-related filings
- Maintain and organize electronic case files and track litigation deadlines and schedules
- Prepare trial materials and coordinate depositions, mediations, and hearings
Required qualifications
- Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Significant experience in federal litigation is required
- Experience with legal case management systems and e-discovery tools
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and file documents in Federal Court
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms such as LexisNexis
