Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of federal clients, the full-time Federal Portfolio Manager will oversee program delivery, manage customer relationships, and lead personnel while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight of programs, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Serve as the first-line supervisor for assigned personnel, managing performance and professional development
- Develop and execute strategies for account growth and customer relationship management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- 7-10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years managing federal programs or consulting teams
- In-depth knowledge of security domains and familiarity with frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to obtain a federal security clearance
