Federal Product Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing Federal business, the full-time Federal Senior Product Analytics Engineer will design and maintain scalable ELT pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance, and create self-service data models while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT pipelines and data models for trusted analytics assets
• Partner with Product Engineering to ensure accurate and governed source data for product usage cohorts
• Build and own the semantic layer and self-service data models for Product Analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics, ideally bridging both roles
• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in dbt or government-approved equivalents
• Experience building production data pipelines and stakeholder-facing analytics/dashboards
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into well-documented data models
