Federal Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the delivery of complex federal digital services, the remote Federal Program Manager will oversee program strategy and execution, manage customer relationships, and ensure operational health while working closely with cross-functional teams in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day delivery and operational health of a complex federal technology program across multiple projects and workstreams
- Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted partner for government program leadership and stakeholders
- Manage program scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risks, and overall performance to ensure high-quality outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of experience managing complex technology programs or digital services
- Experience managing multidisciplinary technical and delivery teams across concurrent projects
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices
- Must hold a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) determination or higher-level federal security clearance
