Federal Proposal Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing sales organization, the full-time remote Principal Proposal & Contracts Manager will lead the planning and execution of proposal development for Federal opportunities, manage the SEWP VI Program, and ensure compliance with Federal regulations and contract requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the proposal process from initial awareness through delivery and follow-up
- Serve as the primary contact for the SEWP VI program, ensuring compliance and performance metrics are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposal strategies and win themes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Federal contracting or related fields
- Demonstrated experience with Federal Government contract vehicles like GWACs or IDIQs
- Strong understanding of Federal acquisition processes and contract compliance
- Exceptional editing skills specific to US Public Sector usage
- U.S. citizenship is required for compliance with contract obligations
