Job Summary
Leading complex federal submissions, the senior Federal Proposal Manager will manage proposal planning, compliance, and content development on a fully remote contract basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee proposal planning and scheduling to ensure timely submissions
- Manage compliance and facilitate review team coordination for quality control
- Integrate win strategies and track action items throughout the proposal process
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience leading large federal proposals
- Proven experience as a Proposal Manager on major IDIQ, MAC, or GWAC pursuits
- Strongly preferred experience with FEMA and GSA Oasis
- Desirable background in disaster recovery and emergency management contracts
- Experience managing complex proposals involving staffing and program management
