Federal Recruiting Specialist
Job Summary
To support a leading organization in government contracting, the fully remote Federal Recruiting Specialist will manage full lifecycle recruiting efforts, partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and develop strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess workforce planning needs and talent requirements
- Utilize various sourcing techniques and technologies to build and maintain talent pipelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6+ years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
- 2+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting within the federal government contracting space
- Experience using Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong proficiency in Boolean search techniques and social recruiting strategies
