Job Summary
Leading engineering teams through the VA DevSecOps Release Framework, the remote Solution Lead will manage sprint planning, enforce release gates, and build solution roadmaps while advising on modernization and emerging technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams from sprint planning through production deployment
- Enforce release gates, code scanning, and deployment packages
- Build solution roadmaps and advise VA on modernization, AI/ML, and emerging technology
Required qualifications
- 13+ years of experience, including 8+ years in software engineering (Senior / Level III)
- 3+ years as a federal technical or solution lead
- Experience delivering under a federal DevSecOps release framework with CI/CD and release gates
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Must be able to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust and a VA PIV credential
