Key responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams from sprint planning through production deployment
- Enforce release gates, code scanning, and deployment packages
- Build solution roadmaps and advise on modernization, AI/ML, and emerging technology
Required qualifications
- 13+ years of experience, including 8+ years in software engineering
- 3+ years as a federal technical or solution lead
- Experience delivering under a federal DevSecOps release framework with CI/CD and release gates
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- One or more relevant certifications such as SAFe APSM, SAFe POPM, or TOGAF
