Federal Subcontracts Manager

Job Summary

To support federal government programs, the fully remote Federal Subcontracts Manager will lead subcontract administration and procurement activities, overseeing the entire subcontract lifecycle while ensuring compliance with regulations and managing supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owns the end-to-end subcontract process from SOW creation to closeout
• Ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, and CPSR regulations
• Conducts cost and price analysis, evaluates vendor proposals, and negotiates pricing structures

Required Qualifications:

• Active clearance or ability to obtain one
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Contracts Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
• 10+ years of federal subcontract administration experience supporting DoD or other government programs
• Strong knowledge of CPFF, FFP, FFP-LOE, and T&M subcontract types
• Extensive understanding of FAR, DFARS, and CPSR requirements
