Female Specimen Collection Technician

Job Summary

Seeking a self-motivated Female Specimen Collection Technician, the full-time position will perform collections for drug screens, involving the collection of urine, oral fluid, or hair specimens while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, all in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, log, order, process, and ship urine, oral, and/or hair specimens to the laboratory
• Maintain organization of the collection site and manage inventory of collection supplies
• File requisitions, chain of custody forms, and communicate client inquiries to management

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working directly with customers or patients
• Experience in healthcare, criminal justice, or a similar dynamic field preferred
• Ability to perform observed collections and collect biological specimens
• Basic computer skills required
