FEP Trainer I-III
Job Summary
To support a growing training team, the full-time FEP Trainer I-III will develop and deliver operational training, assess participant performance, and maintain training materials, with the flexibility to work remotely within Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training content for Regence operations using adult learning methods tailored to diverse audiences
- Continuously assess participant performance and make real-time adjustments to ensure effective knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and improve operational processes
Required qualifications
- Trainer I: 2 years in operational areas such as customer service or claims, and/or training experience
- Trainer II: Bachelor's degree in education or related field and 3 years of relevant experience
- Trainer III: Bachelor's degree in education or related field, 4 years in operational areas, and 2 years of training experience
- Demonstrated ability to command audience attention and translate complex concepts into understandable training
- Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity (highly desired)
