Festival Accessibility Manager

Job Summary

Managing key accessibility elements of the Sundance Film Festival, the full-time Festival Accessibility Manager will oversee accommodation processes, create resources and training, and support the Community & Belonging team to ensure an equitable Festival experience, primarily working remotely until January when the team will convene in Boulder, CO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the creation and operational implementation of all accessibility accommodations for Festival guests
• Lead the frontline Accessibility team, providing policy guidance, scheduling, and coaching throughout their roles
• Act as the primary point of contact for Festival partners regarding accessibility standards and services

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging or transferable experience
• Understanding of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and event accessibility
• Experience coordinating American Sign Language/Communication Access Realtime Translation vendors
• Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines
• Valid driver's license and successful completion of MVR background check
