Festival Beverage Logistics Manager

Job Summary

Managing logistical planning for beverage needs, the full-time Festival Associate Manager, Event Beverage Logistics will collaborate with event leadership to assess beverage requirements, develop projections, and coordinate with sponsors and caterers, primarily working remotely until in-person support is required in Boulder, CO.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Events Department leadership to assess and adjust beverage needs and distribution plans
• Develop alcohol and beverage projections for Festival events and manage orders while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Track and document beverage consumption and oversee inventory management throughout the Festival

Required qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license and successful completion of MVR background check
• 3 years of experience in beverage logistics, events management, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of complex databases like Airtable and proficiency in Google Products
• Previous experience with live events and customer support skills preferred
