Fetal & Newborn Business Manager

Job Summary

To support the expansion of Fetal and Neonatal care services, the full-time Fetal & Newborn Business Manager will manage departmental budgets, provide financial analysis, and collaborate with clinical leaders to enhance patient outcomes, with remote/hybrid flexibility for on-site collaboration as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manages staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to meet operational goals
• Develops and adheres to departmental budgets, monitoring actual costs against budgeted goals
• Provides financial reports and analysis to support departmental financial management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Experience in financial management is preferred (2-5 years)
• Ability to manage budgets for both clinical and non-clinical areas
• Experience in staff management and development
• Familiarity with operational and capital budget processes
