FHA Claims QA Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Default QA FHA Claims Analyst I will be responsible for reviewing FHA Part A mortgage insurance claims for accuracy, performing quality checks, and submitting claims in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review FHA Part A claims for accuracy within specified timeframes
• Conduct quality checks to identify errors and communicate necessary corrections to the filing team
• Finalize and submit claims to the agency for payment while ensuring all required documentation is included

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred
• One (1) or more years of mortgage servicing default experience or QA/QC experience in another line of business
• Moderate knowledge of default claims processes for insurers and investors
• Understanding of the default servicing process, including Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and Loss Mitigation
• Ability to manage work to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple tasks under pressure
