Field Access Manager - Diabetes

Job Summary

Acting as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, the full-time Field Access Manager - Diabetes will provide account management support to healthcare professionals, facilitating patient access to prescribed products and coordinating educational resources across various channels while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Expand advocacy within healthcare professional offices and educate staff on navigating access and payer approval processes
• Coordinate utilization of patient service platforms to support customer and patient needs during the therapy approval process
• Build and execute strategic business plans to meet the needs of top accounts and implement market access initiatives effectively

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced healthcare degree preferred (e.g., MS, RN, PA, PharmD)
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on payer policy and patient access
• 5+ years of experience in benefit verifications or prior authorization requirements
• Strong understanding of specialty markets and patient access programs
• Proven ability to conduct impactful educational presentations and work in a cross-functional environment
