Field Application Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a remote Field Application Engineer with expertise in AI/ML, the position will collaborate with sales teams and enterprise customers to drive product adoption and provide technical solutions to real-world challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their technical challenges and deliver effective solutions through meetings, presentations, and workshops
- Collaborate with sales operations and product teams to provide customer feedback and shape future product enhancements
- Utilize deep technical knowledge in AI technologies to facilitate the adoption of products and solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience in roles such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
- Proven expertise in AI technologies and frameworks, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision
- Experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture, or AI accelerators
- Strong understanding of data center and server architecture, including deployment and infrastructure management
- Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
