Field Application Engineer
Job Summary
Excited to drive AI adoption, the full-time remote Field Application Engineer will collaborate with sales teams and enterprise customers, leveraging technical expertise in AI to address real-world challenges and enhance product offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their technical challenges through meetings, presentations, and workshops
- Collaborate with sales operations and product teams to provide customer feedback and influence product enhancements
- Utilize expertise in AI technologies and frameworks to support the adoption of products and solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience in roles such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
- Proven expertise in AI technologies including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision
- Experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture, or AI accelerators
- Strong understanding of data center and server architecture, including thermal/power and infrastructure management
- Exceptional customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
