Field Applications Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Field Applications Engineer in the Boston area, this full-time remote position will manage customer technical support for embedded processing products, partner with Sales to implement strategies, and drive business development through customer feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the lead technical interface for customers, providing support for MCU, MPU, and Connectivity products
- Collaborate with Sales to define and implement sales strategies for embedded processing products
- Manage issue escalations with internal engineering teams to ensure rapid resolution of customer concerns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience with ARM and/or proprietary MCU-based embedded processing design
- Strong proficiency in embedded processor project design and debug using development tools for RTOS and Linux-based systems
- Good understanding of hardware design and schematics related to MCU
- Demonstrated ability to interface directly with customers on complex technical topics
