Field Clinical Specialist - CRM
Job Summary
To support the Cardiac Rhythm Management team in the Dresden-Leipzig area, the remote Field Clinical Specialist - CRM will actively assist in surgeries and follow-up examinations, serve as the primary contact for technical and product-related inquiries, and organize customer training and congress visits.
Key responsibilities
- Provide active support during surgeries and follow-up examinations
- Act as the primary contact for technical and product-related questions
- Organize and conduct customer training sessions and attend congresses
Required qualifications
- Completed training as a nurse or comparable role (OTA/MTA) with relevant experience, or a degree in medical technology or a related field
- Professional experience in the medical or medical technology field
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluency in German and good command of English, both written and spoken
