Field Labor Capacity Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Field Labor Capacity Analyst III, this position located in Provo, UT or available remotely will manage workforce capacity models, evaluate labor strategies, and partner with forecasting teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and improve workforce capacity models linking field demand to staffing requirements
• Evaluate labor capacity strategies and recommend staffing approaches to leadership
• Present clear recommendations to senior leaders and mentor analysts in modeling and validation

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, forecasting, or operations analytics
• At least 2 years of experience independently managing a forecasting or capacity model
• Advanced knowledge of labor capacity planning and demand forecasting
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced spreadsheet modeling skills
• No college degree required; coursework or certifications in relevant fields are a plus
