Job Summary
Partnering with stakeholders across various functions, the full-time remote Field Medical Development Specialist will design and deliver a high-quality learning and development experience for US Field Medical colleagues, focusing on onboarding and ongoing capability enhancement for Medical Science Liaisons and field leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Define onboarding objectives and learning pathways in collaboration with therapeutic-area leadership to ensure new hire preparedness
- Design and maintain a connected learning approach that integrates onboarding with continuous education and professional skills development
- Develop and improve learning resources and experiences, including structured onboarding journeys and performance support tools
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or
- Master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs or learning and development
