Field Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing data analytics company, the full-time Field Operations Analyst will manage sales forecasting, ensure data integrity throughout the client lifecycle, and produce client health and retention reports while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and produce sales forecasting and performance analytics for biweekly territory calls
• Own data integrity checkpoints between Sales and Operations, ensuring proper hand-offs of client data
• Generate ongoing client health and retention reports to identify upsell opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3+ years in sales support, operations support, or reporting analysis
• In-depth understanding of the sales process and client lifecycle
• Experience using and managing a CRM system (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly advanced Excel skills
