Field Operations Lead

Job Summary

Managing a team of Driving Operations field resources, the full-time Field Operations Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, provide guidance and support to drivers, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive daily operations by following standard procedures and managing team performance
• Conduct periodic reviews and facilitate team meetings to ensure effective communication and information dissemination
• Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions to meet service level agreements and enhance customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a people management role
• Specific knowledge of driving operations programs
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable performance improvement plans
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on effective communication and team collaboration
