To support account retention and drive sales growth, the fully remote Field Sales Associate Manager will serve as the primary relationship manager for direct agents and dealers, providing training and sales support while maximizing participation in ADS products and programs.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for all producing direct agents and dealers in assigned territory
- Monitor production and opportunities in existing accounts to lead overall sales growth strategy
- Coordinate training and support activities for Finance and Insurance Specialists to develop necessary skills for future opportunities
