Field Service Leader - Defense
Job Summary
As a strategic leader in a fully remote capacity, the Field Service Leader - Defense will manage the lifecycle performance of field service operations, ensuring operational execution and business growth while overseeing complex installation and commissioning projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Influence regional business strategy by providing insights on field performance and identifying opportunities for service growth
- Oversee end-to-end execution of field service activities, including installation, warranty claims, and site interventions
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships to align field operations with project milestones and contractual commitments
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of service management experience in the Defense, Offshore, or Maritime sectors
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 50+ in remote or high-pressure environments
- 5+ years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or resource capacity management
- 5+ years of expertise in ServiceMax or similar Field Service Management tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances for sensitive Defense projects
