Job Summary
To support client services in Normandy, the full-time remote Field Service Technician - Calvados will manage preventive maintenance, equipment installation, and client consultations while collaborating with sales engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and install equipment and software on client sites
- Advise clients on optimizing the use of provided equipment and prepare daily intervention reports
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on client sites, ensuring effective stock management
Required qualifications
- Technical education BAC +2/3, such as DUT in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably, prior experience in customer service with multi-technical equipment in an industrial setting
- Basic knowledge of industrial computing and networks
- Ability to work with technical documents in English
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight (1-2 nights per week)
