Field Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Field Solutions Engineer, the candidate will engage with prospective clients to translate complex product capabilities into tailored solutions, supporting sales leaders by leading discovery sessions, delivering custom demonstrations, and ensuring seamless transitions to implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to identify workflows, pain points, and strategic priorities
- Deliver engaging demonstrations that showcase the future state of care delivery and facilitate immersive experiences for stakeholders
- Co-create customized solution blueprints and collaborate on account-level strategies to align solutions with client ambitions
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare solution engineering, clinical transformation, or healthcare consulting
- Deep understanding of provider/payer economics and population health management
- Proven ability to engage with customer executives and clinical leadership
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Strong presentation and clinical/technical storytelling skills
