Job Summary

Leading a team of Loss Adjusters, the fully remote Field Team Manager - Loss Adjusting will oversee performance, manage a portfolio of claims, and ensure exceptional service delivery while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Loss Adjusters to achieve operational and financial targets
• Manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution while providing technical guidance
• Review and approve reports for technical accuracy, compliance, and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Vast experience in loss adjusting or claims management, preferably with team leadership experience
• Proven track record of managing claims in a fee-earning environment
• CILA and/or CII qualifications are advantageous but not essential
• Experience in preparing, reviewing, and approving loss adjuster reports
• Eligibility to work in the UK
