Job Summary
Leading a team of Loss Adjusters, the fully remote Field Team Manager - Loss Adjusting will oversee performance, manage a portfolio of claims, and ensure exceptional service delivery while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Loss Adjusters to drive performance against operational and financial targets
- Manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution while providing technical guidance on complex matters
- Review and approve reports for technical accuracy and compliance, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Vast experience in loss adjusting or claims management, with team leadership experience preferred
- Proven track record of managing claims in a fee-earning environment
- In-depth technical knowledge of loss adjusting and insurance principles
- CILA and/or CII qualifications are advantageous but not essential
- Eligible to work in the UK
