Fieldwork Placement Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for partner outreach and fieldwork placement coordination, the full-time Fieldwork Placement Specialist will manage relationships with healthcare partners and ensure timely placement of online OTA and OT bridge students for their clinical rotations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Meet placement benchmark goals for fieldwork rotations and maintain high-touch engagement with healthcare partners
• Place students into fieldwork rotations according to program policies and timelines
• Collaborate with the academic fieldwork team and other stakeholders to ensure viable healthcare partnerships

Required qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, consultative sales, or relationship management
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics, for managing partner information
• Familiarity with project management software or spreadsheets for tracking tasks
• Ability to pass a background investigation
