File Import/Export Engineer
Job Summary
To support data integration processes, the fully remote File Import/Export Engineer will manage inbound and outbound healthcare data file integrations, coordinate requirements, and ensure accurate data transfer while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support multiple types of healthcare data imports and review discrepancy reports as needed
- Monitor shared inboxes and ticket queues, triage requests, and respond to clients/partners within established service timelines
- Develop and deliver testing results and error summaries within agreed-upon turnaround times
Required qualifications
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and file-based integrations
- Working knowledge of secure file transfer concepts (e.g., SFTP) and troubleshooting
- Proficient in writing and maintaining SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Exposure to EDI or structured data exchange standards, particularly in healthcare formats
- Ability to contribute to reusable data mapping and file specification templates
