File Tester
Job Summary
Working fully remote, the full-time File Tester will ensure accurate client data processing and file management while collaborating with clients, brokers, and internal teams to maintain smooth import operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process eligibility, deduction, and open enrollment files across all benefit plans
- Identify and communicate file discrepancies to clients while collaborating with the Imports team to meet processing goals
- Manage incoming files via SFTP and partner with Account Managers to resolve outstanding discrepancies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation
- Self-motivated and independent approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail
