Finance AI Programs Analyst

Job Summary

Leading finance-focused AI initiatives, the full-time AI Programs Analyst in the Finance Domain will manage AI training and evaluation projects, provide expert guidance on financial standards, and drive cross-functional execution in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of AI training, evaluation, and data projects in financial analysis, equity research, credit assessment, and regulatory compliance
• Provide expert-level guidance and design quality frameworks to ensure AI outputs meet the standards expected by finance professionals
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting timelines and coordinating efforts across engineering, operations, and customer teams

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years in finance roles such as investment banking, equity research, FP&A, asset management, or financial consulting; CFA or CPA is a strong plus
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments and navigate ambiguity
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence without authority and communicate financial concepts effectively
• Deep interest in AI systems; direct AI/ML experience is valued but not required
