Finance Analyst II
Job Summary
Owning the day-to-day financial oversight for Medical Affairs vendor activity, the full-time remote Finance Analyst II will manage invoice reviews, purchase order monitoring, funding forecasts, and reconciliations while collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve financial issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee financial activities related to Medical Affairs vendors, including invoice and purchase order management
- Maintain operational reporting and investigate variances and data-quality issues
- Support month-end close processes, forecasts, and ad hoc financial analyses
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of financial or data analysis experience
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions like PivotTables and SUMIFS
- Experience with financial forecasting and variance analysis
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI and Coupa is preferred
