Finance Analyst II
Job Summary
Analyzing financial data for a health plan, the full-time remote Finance Analyst II will compile and assess financial information, develop reports, and identify trends to support decision-making within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
- Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure accurate financial recording
- Identify trends in competitive environments and present findings to senior management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of financial or data analysis experience
- Experience in inpatient admission pricing and estimation
- Familiarity with healthcare cost trends
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables and Power BI
