Finance Analytics Engineering Manager
Job Summary
To support Finance operations, the full-time remote Finance Analytics Engineering Manager will manage analytics engineering and automation, translating Finance requirements into scalable data products and workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Own Finance analytics engineering and automation across various platforms, ensuring reliable data consumption for Finance users
- Translate Finance requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with Finance Data & Analytics and Data Engineering teams
- Establish automated controls and lead the development of Finance automation workflows, ensuring maintainability and documentation standards
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, finance analytics, or a related technical Finance role
- Strong hands-on SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
- Demonstrated ability to derive trustworthy data answers from ambiguous Finance questions
- Experience building automated analytical workflows using tools such as Alteryx or Python
- Prior people management or technical lead experience in a Finance context
