Job Summary

Managing financial operations for a fast-growing startup, the full-time Finance and HR Manager will oversee budgeting, accounts payable, and payroll while collaborating with the fund accounting team in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial operations, including forecasting and budgeting
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and payroll
• Assist with hiring, benefits, and human resources functions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of finance experience, including accounting and FP&A
• Experience in a rapidly scaling fintech environment
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with a background in financial modeling
• Understanding of accounting nuances in startup investing
• Interest or experience in the venture capital industry is a plus
