Finance and Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Finance and Operations Analyst, this full-time remote position will manage financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis while partnering with leadership to transform financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct budget-to-actual variance analysis and cash flow forecasting
- Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis to identify process improvements
- Maintain finance and operations data to support leadership decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
